If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original components, packaging, and materials must be included.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used rehabilitation kits cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.
